Shipping Policy

Made to order

Every WalledMaps piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop in Spain. Production times vary by format:

MINI and Compact: 1 to 2 business days.

Moderate and King: 3 to 7 business days.

Custom orders may require additional production time, which we confirm before starting.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Orders over €100 ship free to mainland Spain, Portugal and the European Union. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

For orders under €100, shipping is charged by format:

Mainland Spain and Portugal: MINI €3.99, Compact €5.99.

European Union: flat rate of €9.99 per order.

Canary Islands: MINI €4.99, Compact €19.99, Moderate €28.99, King €35.99. Free shipping does not apply to the Canary Islands. Shipments to the Canary Islands may be subject to customs handling and local taxes (IGIC), payable by the recipient.

Once production is complete, delivery takes an estimated 2 to 4 business days within mainland Spain and 5 to 8 business days for all other destinations. Exact shipping costs are always calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracked courier services. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

Issues with your delivery

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost. If the shipping address provided is incorrect or the parcel is returned because delivery could not be completed, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
