Each of our maps is manufactured entirely in Spain . We are committed to local production and craftsmanship, treating each piece as if it were unique, from our workshop to your home.
2. What materials do you use?
For us, quality is non-negotiable. The frame and main structure are made of oak , selected for its durability, elegant grain, and strength. The map boasts an exceptional level of detail, precisely engraved to faithfully depict every street and feature.
3. Does the product come ready to hang?
Yes. We want you to enjoy your WalledMap from the very first minute. All of ours are ready to hang on any wall.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As these products are handmade with a high level of detail, our production time is typically 1 to 3 business days . Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 24 and 48 hours within the Iberian Peninsula.
5. Do you make custom orders?
We love a challenge! If you're looking for a city, area, or design that you don't find in our catalog, contact us through our form or email. We'll evaluate your proposal to create a map exclusively for you.
6. How do you care for oak wood?
Oak wood is very durable, but to keep it looking like new, we recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight or extreme humidity. To clean it, simply use a dry or lightly feathered cloth to remove dust.
7. What happens if the product arrives damaged?
Although we protect our shipments with the utmost care, if your painting suffers any damage during transport, please contact us within the first 24-48 hours after receiving it and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
